We are working on perfecting our bialy for our bagel business.&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;We hope to open our shop in a couple of months.  Our business plan is done.  Now we are working on putting together the start-up capital.  One of our short term goals is to make and sell &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#990000;"&gt;Symmetry Sauces&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; at our shop and online.  I will keep everyone up to date on our progress. Take whole pieces of Matzo.  The number of pieces you use depends on how many people you will be serving. Whisk eggs and milk together. Roll out dough and cut. I like my scones to be circular, so I am using a biscuit cutter, but I know that in America people are partial to triangular shapes, so whatever suits you. This will prevent the  skewers from burning.  As you can see, these skewers were not soaked(it was a last minute dinner). Tangy and delicious!  The zuchini was seasoned with a balsamic vinegarette dressing and the shrimp was coated with a jerk marinade. Remove potatoes from the bowl and reserve the seasoned oil for the asparagus. Next, add eggs, and milk to mixture, whisk together.&lt;br /&gt;Dip bread into egg mixture press down with fork and flip over.  Sprinkle, soaked bread, with sugar.  Heat pan with cooking oil.  Add bread, heat until golden brown, 2-3 minute per side.  Remove from pan. My husband, Chef Chris, is the amazing talent behind this operation. He has been making incredible, gourmet sauces for us, his family for years. We felt that now was the right time to share them with the world.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;We have ordered our first set of bottles and are awaiting their arrival. Once the bottles arrive the chef will begin making his wonderful creations. The first batch of sauces will be a set of hot sauces with an international flair. With a brightly colored palette of fresh ingredients as his medium Chef Chris will create four distinct sauces to tantalize your taste buds and add a kick to any meal.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Accompanied with each sauce will be a featured recipe using that sauce. I  will use each sauce as an inspiration for a painting.
